Aloha everyone!
I wanted to announce some changes happening here at BAMF. Since its inception, BAMF Wireless has been run by 3 people. You all know me, Brian; most of you know of Bob, who ran our office; and Paul, who handled a lot of our behind the scenes big picture plans. Together we built BAMF from the ground up and it grew into what we have today. Except for a small brush with lava, we have always tried to offer the best possible service at a great price. Going forward however, some of this will be changing.
As of today BAMF will only have 2 owners. Myself, Brian Freeman, and my wife, Kim Freeman. Together we plan to continue to grow and improve BAMF long into the future. I will continue to be the technical expertise in the field and Kim will be the one handling the office duties. This change will also allow me to spend much more time working on BAMF so expect more upgrades more often and a quicker turnaround on installs and repairs.
So, what changes are in store for our customers? Not much actually.
The customer portal is getting a makeover.
Prices are actually going down a tiny bit.
Automatic Payments will have to be set up again for everyone because of the price change. (Don't worry about doing this just yet)

All of these changes will take some time to implement but I expect to be done with everything within 1 week. From now on if you need to contact someone at BAMF please email Kim at kim@bamfwireless.com or myself.
I'd like to apologize now for any bumps during this transition and express my thanks for using our services. I do not expect any outages to happen.
